    c' est la premiere fois que j'ai une console et je l'ai depuis 3 jour. je regrette dej mon achat.

    3 jours de jeux et c est déj les emmerdes vive les connexions reseaux.

    Try these steps Go to Settings > Account > Remove Accounts. Once done, reboot the console and add your account.

    I suggest to reset the console with saved apps (not restore !) . There is such option. It helped me.

    I'm getting the same. It happened over the last couple of days, but "fixed" itself after a few login attempts. It's not fixing itself today 0x80a4001a :(

    will wait a while and check out the delete account/add account workaround.

    Some the workarouds dont work becuase we cant actually get to settings to log in as the error comes up there too. Has anyone got through to MS Support via chat or phone to get an update?
