0x80a4001a - white screen when I try to log in on my xbox account/gamertag

My screen turns white when I try to log in on my Xbox account/gamertag and says ''try again later''.

I had this problem yesterday aswell, I turned off my console then and it worked.

Same thing happened today. I had a chat conversation with Xbox support and they said I should remove the gamertag (not the account) then restart. When I restart the console they redownload my profile, then tells me to log in on my account again and then
it worked.

The question is, can you do it yourself?

intructions below:

settings>delete account>choose the gamertag, when done - network settings>advanced settings>MAC-adress>alternate MAC-adress>remove>restart.

I think it was that way. But do it with help of Xbox support! I'm not sure if it works to do on your own but let me know if you don't need Xbox support to do this.

Xbox live not signing in

I want to play a server with a friend but I need to log onto my Xbox live account. When I try to log on the screen loads on a white screen for a bit then goes back to the Minecraft home screen. Why does it do that?

Currently there is an active Service Alert stating:

Xbox Live Core Service Limited

Signing in; creating, managing, or recovering an account; search



Affected platforms:



Xbox One



This could be the cause of your issue please check here:
Xbox Live Service Status to check if things are back to normal. Once the Service alert is over you should be able to sign in without further issue.

Is it possible to affect the xbox live core status or do have to wait?

 

The procedure above can be done by yourself with no issues, below I'll add the link to the support page with a step by step guide.

As for the global fix, I'm afraid we will have to wait until tech guys on MS side solve this issue.
