There is no estimated time when this will be fixed they are working on it diligently. You can get notified when the service alert changes or is fixed by going to the

Xbox server status and selecting "Notify Me".

you could try deleting your profile (account) then switch off your xbox for 30secs then re sign yourself back in with the same email and password it worked on my son's xbox hope it works for you as well

 

Thank you so much for your advice. Im so nervous about losing items and progress especiallh on fortnite hes spent well over £150 on skins etc. He would be devestated if all that didnt reload.

Information for games, or game saves are attached to each account.

If the account is removed and re-added, then the information was removed and re-added.

So as long as there is an ability to sign into the account, all data for the account returns as normal.

It looks like this is a known issue that MS is currently working to resolve. No need for worry!

 

I was nervous as well when I did it but everything comes back when u sign back in u go to add new account when u sign back in and put in your email and password and it brings everything back

the account owns the entitlements.
