This doesn’t fix the problem. Xbox kicks you out of your profile afrer a short time and then the initial problem returns.

 

Had the sqme issue all day. Removed and reloaded my profile but it makes no difference.

 

If you delete your profile and add it back will everthing still be there

 

I would check the XBox Live Status Page to make sure there isn't an issue with the service. Just go to Xbox Live status, It appears to be
having issues with Xbox Live login right now.

 

This is easily fixed ...

Step 1 - Delete your son's profile (Settings -> Account -> Remove profile). Be sure you know your son's Microsoft account address and password before doing this.

Step 2 - Power cycle the console. Press and hold the power button on the face of the console for several seconds, holding it down until your console shuts itself down. Let it sit for about 30 seconds.

Step 3 - Start up the console again and add your son's profile back. Press the Xbox button on the controller and go to the far left icon, and select Add Profile.

This should get him going!

Sorry for all the issues with signing in. There is currently a
Service Alert out right now for Core services. There are many posting to remove profile and install profile you can try this. Being the service alert is for signing in there are some who are unable to re-download profile after removing it. We suggest just
waiting it out keep checking the service status. There is a way can be notified when any updates to the Alert happens.

În. My case was necessary to change also my actual password.

YOU DON T LOOSE ANY GAMES OR SOMETHING FOR YOUR HISTORY.

When I go to settings then account it says remove profile not remove account is this the same
