    0x80a40019 can't connect to live


    I have an excellent Internet connection, always have. Haven't used the XboxOne in about 2 weeks. Fire up today and won't connect to live, but says I'm connected to Internet. Here's what I've done:

    reset modem

    hard reset console

    cleared and reset Internet settings, reconnected just fine

    deleted profile, still can't connect to re-establish profile now

    i do see that it has a console update pending, related?

    The error code 0x80A40019 hints at a network issue connecting to Xbox Live. See https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/errors/error-code-0x80a40019

    However, there have been reports that people from the Ukraine and Iran (and maybe some other countries) are unable to connect to Xbox Live.

    So if you're in one of these countries, know that Microsoft is aware of that problem and is trying to fix it.

    Problem in access to Xbox account (0x80a30204)/ Problema di accesso al mio account

    Connection is ok, Xbox Live services are ok, I hard resetted the Xbox and it still doesn't work.

    I read that I colud try to remove the profile and add it again: I removed it but now I can't add it again bcause there is another error (0x80a40019)

    I think i will retry later or tomorrow.
