My son received the above account blocked msg when trying to get into his XBox1 profile. When logging at accountlive.com site as instructed, the password did not work. I reset password, received code but now a new gamertag was created against the original
account details. How do I remove this newly created gamertag and retrieve old gamertag and re-link back up to this original account? He has now lost his entire Fifa15 access with his built up team (and all the purchases made with real money). Please help.

Xbox live for existing profile

You can't link one account with another, nor can you move game saves from one account to another. You should be able to set your existing account up for live access though. While signed in to your gamertag, just go into manage account and sign up for live
access.

Check your EA Origin account first. The EA Origin account can only assign or link one Gamertag per Origin account. Maybe you set your age incorrectly on your Origin account? Please note that if ever you have linked your Gamertag on an existing account, you
need to unlink it for a new account to be able to link it. Gamertags can only be linked once.

Changing your Live account wont fix this since the problem is within the Origin accounts age. Try to check out forums.bioware.com for more help.

So you deleted the account that was used to purchase the games? If that's the case, the only way to play them with a different gamertag would be if your console was set as your original gamertag's home Xbox, which, presumably it's not, as that's why the games aren't launching. There is no way to set that console as your original gamertag's home Xbox now, as the account no longer exists.

Purchases can't be transferred from one account to the other and as you deleted the account that purchased the games, I don't think there's anything you can do. That's assuming I'm understanding the situation correctly.

You can't make your gamertag blocked. That feature doesn't exist on xbox live.

You can change your gamertag... for 800 msp.
