the same problem error (0x80a40010) in those supports can not explain anything. they do not know how to solve the problem!

I have the same problem I can not log into any of the accounts and sotvestvino I have nothing I can not do with xbox not play do not enter into the progrum which either for this I got a big usherb for
a long time I can not do anything

 

its been over 18 hours and still cant sign in into my account and it displays this message error , called in the support guys they were nice but failed to help out , its funny cause when i switched to another internet source it worked HOWEVER when i when
back to my main internet it did not i called my ISP he said its not me this problem has never happened before and everything was fine , am very much frustrated and kind of angry

Make sure Xbox Live is fully supported in your country: Xbox Live Countries | Xbox Live International

Microsoft is aware of this problem with this sign-in error in most middle-Eastern countries and are working to fix it.

If your country isn't listed here, then I am afraid there is no workaround for this.

Let's just hope this will be resolved so that unsupported countries can access the Xbox services.

 

There is a workaround that has been shown that others have got to work. You can try this for now till a more permanent fix 0x80a40010
