    Думаю не только Украина. Пошарся по форуму, многие англоязычные тож жалуются. Я вот с чуваком с Сирии общался у него тоже самое. ТП кроч ответили мне что проблема массовая и они ее решают

    Make sure Xbox Live is fully supported in your country: Xbox Live Countries | Xbox Live International

    Microsoft is aware of this problem with this sign-in error in most middle-Eastern countries and are working to fix it.

    If your country isn't listed here, then I am afraid there is no workaround for this.

    Let's just hope this will be resolved so that unsupported countries can access the Xbox services.

    There is a workaround that has been shown that others have got to work. You can try this for now till a more permanent fix 0x80a40010
