I bought my xbox one today going through the set up and get to the final bit to sign in and this message comes up....

There is a problem connecting to the sign-in service. If you recently changed your network settings, you may need to restore your network to the default settings. (0x80a4000b)

iv not logged in with any other account or changed any network settings at all. I have full signal and am fully connected to the internet can anyone help me please

support.xbox.com/.../error-code-lookup (Put in the code 0x80a4000b)

This may mean one of the following:

•Your billing information for your Microsoft account needs to be updated.

•There’s a network connection issue.

On the link I gave you, there is some possible solutions.
