Got this error message. Can't remove my account from XBOX One. Solutions?

I am not able to open my Netflix app. When I try to open it, it says that it will be ready soon and seconds later I get another notification that says in was unable to be opened. I called support and they told me to remove my account and re-download it,
but when I tried to remove mt account it said there was a problem (0x80a30299) and it should work if i try again. Ive tried multiple times and it wont work. This all started after the new update. It's about time Microsoft finds a way to fix this.

I have an xbox one s. When trying to get into hulu I receive and error code 0x80070490. When I looked up this code the first thing it wants me to do is remove my account from the Xbox and sign back in. When I sign out of my account and then go through the
settings and select my account for deletion I get error code 0x80a30299. This is where the real problem starts because when looking up the first step to fixing that issue they want you to remove your xbox. Which is exactly what I was trying to do in the first
place. Basically it's a big circle and I can't win. Please lend me some insight on this matter. I can't use any streaming services at all. Thanks
