I had the same problem on 2 xboxes at the exact same time. This shutdown process fixed both systems. Thankyou for the help

Hey Xbox Gamer,

If you haven't already, perform a
Power Cycle on the console by doing the following:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Keep getting 0x80a30204 when trying to sign in. Going on attempt number 8 now.

Hard reset the xbox by holding the power button until it completely turns off or unplug it from the power source for 30 seconds. Then turn it on this way. Push and hold the bind and eject buttons. While those buttons are being held, push the power button
to turn it on. Keep holding the bind and eject buttons. The xbox will chime twice, release the bind and eject buttons. You will be at the trouble shoot menu. Pick reset xbox. Here you can choose "keep games and apps" or "keep nothing". This will reset your
xbox to factory defaults with or without your games and apps based on your selection. I was struck with a corrupted system file from my preview alpha skip a head dashboard. I had to do this.
