    One thing I do recommend is unplugging your Xbox console from the power supply / wall outlet for 5 minutes (How to restart or power cycle
    your Xbox One console    ) and rebooting your modem

    / router for 5 minutes. Once both devices are back up and running see if that helps and let us know!
