    When i try and go on forza horizon 3 it doesn't allow me and says to type the following code:0x80832003 and it says its not a code.

    It also doesnt let me sign in to xbox live because it cant reach the internet even though the internet is on and works fine.

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait until the power supply light turns and remains orange for at least 30 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    If that doesn't work, then please try to sign out of your profile on Xbox One console and sign back in again.

    Guide for Error Code 0x80832003 at support.xbox.com. Maybe that can help you.

    It's a connection issue with the Live service.
