    Hi, I have an XBOX ONE X project Scorpio edition and is like from December that I'm fighting with this issue.

    I called the microsoft support to solve my problem, but I didn't get any "real" fix so far:

    1) First, I tried to reset my console by myself, and after a while got the same issue.

    2) Then I sent the console to microsoft for the repairing, and once returned still after some weeks same issue.

    3) Sent the console to microsoft for the substitution, and also with the new console I have the same issue.

    4) I think this problem is related of synchronization with the internet connection. My previous setup was the console LAN cabled, now I'm testing the console in WiFi.

    Are just 3 days that I'm using the console with the WiFi internet connection, and it looks working (hope that I'm not talking too soon). It could be that the console has some problem with the hardware modem in LAN connection... maybe...

    Please let me know if there any real solution about. I'm waiting for a kind feedback

    Do you get the following error message?

    ERROR 0x80831002 There's a problem with your saved games ...

    ooook, problem occurred again even after tried just playing in WiFi connection... I don't know what to do... I'm going crazy...

    Backwards compatibility is broken for X's or atleast avoid 360 games... on my 3rd X, no offical help other than most people's only solution is to be getting a completely new one since its turning out to be cloud/software issue that renders the X's physical
    hardware useless in online play.
