    0x80830003 not saving even though i have plenty storage room


    I attempt to save or the game autosaves and then the code appears expressing that I do not have enough space on my Xbox to save even though I have 30gb space free. I need help on fixing this problem as it is a huge inconvenience when attempting to play games
    such as Skyrim or Fallout due to not being able to save me progress.

    Memory error code.

    Hi I keep receiving a message

    "We are not able to save more data for this game or app.

    Your Xbox is out of space for save data. To make room, select a game or app in your game and apps collection, press the menu button on your controller, and choose manage. (0x80830003)"

    I have plenty of room left on my consoles hard drive (about 12%) as well as about 300 gig on my external hard drive. I have tried playing offline and also with my external hard drive unplugged but this message keeps popping up every few seconds making playing
    any game very frustrating.

    The thing is that some games will still save even though this message pops up and it does not always pop up when auto saving, but will generally just lookup while playing (constantly).

    I've tried the error code checker and have found no help. This error is really starting to annoy me! Help please!

    I have the same problem. Plenty of room on my HDD. Factory reset has not fixed the problem either.

    Yes it does! I've recorded up to 25 minutes before. This was the longest time I had recorded though (2 hours) and I have plenty of room for it to save.

    Xbox series x and about 2 months ago I have plenty of storage over 187gigs left and a expansion card and it's up to date on updates. It's error code 0x80830003 saying that the Xbox is out of memory and after a factory reset it works for like a week or 2 and now it's every e days.

    It's because you HDD is full and needs room for auto saving.
    I have the same problem. Plenty of room on my HDD. Factory reset has not fixed the problem either.
