0x80830003 error, when attempting to sync data

Today, I turned on my xbox to find that it no longer recognized my external SSD as plugged into it. I tried everything recommended online and the SSD still isn't recognized. It is an official xbox seagate SSD and the seagate program on my windows computer does not even recognize the SSD. After downloading all of my games onto the internal xbox storage, I ran into the error with syncing the data, "there is not enough reserved space" or something like that. I then followed all of the steps I could find online. Restart the xbox, unplug the xbox, unistall the games, factory reset the xbox (which I have now done twice). Some of the games worked after reseting the xbox but others did not. I am wondering if the faulty SSD is causing this issue even though it is unplugged from the xbox. I read that this error commonly occurs when external drives are plugged into the xbox. However, mine has been unplugged during this entire process. Please, any help is appreciated, otherwise I may use my warranty. This is an xbox series X.

If you experienced any "Syncing data" menu when loading up your game, it is possible that the data could have been overwritten or not synced correctly.

At this point it is possible that you could attempt to recover your save data, by forcing your game to re-sync your save data by

removing and re-adding your account back onto you console.

However, if you received any error messages when syncing your data, you could take a look at the article that covers

Syncing cloud error messages.

Keep in mind that if you are unable to recover your world using either of these methods, it is likely that you will be unable to recover your world.

Are you receiving any error messages when you were attempting to sync your save data?

Did you recently relocate your console to an area where you are unable to connect to Xbox Live?

Are you sure your signed into the same account that had all this save data?

When you have no save data on your console, this would indicate that you uninstalled the game at some point in time, was playing this on another console or offline, or removed your account. Performing any of these actions would remove your save data from
your console, or force you to sync your data in order to continue.

I would have you verify that you ar enot experincing any issues with connecting to Xbox Live [the internet] as this can also cause problems with syncing save data.
