    0x8082000c game can't be loaded

    Can you clarify which game you're trying to install and if there are any scratches or cracks on the disc that may be causing troubles?

    If you haven't tried already, try a full power cycle on your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it shuts off.

    If a power cycle isn't helping, please check out this
    Backward Compatibility Troubleshooter     and give all the steps there a go. If you're still having issues, please make sure to complete the survey
