0x8082000c error 360 games not installing on xbox one x

My One X has previusly had no issue installing and running 360 games when a 360 disc has been inserted.

However, tried to reinstall a bunch of 360 games with no luck. The console will display that a disc has been inserted however the tile will not show any details about the game. When pressing A to install the game the error message appears saying the game is not playable here etc etc.

Xbox One discs are working perfectly fine. As are blu ray movies and DVDs.

I see others have had similar issues, I've already done all the previusly suggested fixes

Game is confirmed backwards compatible, power cycle test, reset the console, deleted the blu ray player app, cleared 360 data, etc

Any new ideas or fixes that have been confirmed to work?

Otherwise, could this be a hardware issue?
