Hi, I have the same problem. My CD of "Gears of War 2" have a rayon. When I select mode arcade, with 1 or 2 players, message says: "Console can't read CD. Please, clean it and reset the console". What can I do?, how can I save the game in the console hard
disk? Please, help me.

Does the console read any other games or just black ops 2? If it is just black ops 2 that won't read please check the disk to see if there are any scratches that prevent the console from reading the disk.

Thankyou for the response, I have other things connected to my WiFi and are having no issues with them so my WiFi is on and working, I even pulled out my Xbox one and it’s having the same issues, I’ve reset my Xbox series s, and It won’t even let me finish the setup stages because it just simply won’t connect.
