Hi guys,

I've brought a box from amazon.fr(France) . Yesterday I got it in China, and find out the box can't read game disk I put into it .

I surffed the net, and found several fixes, but didn't work

I don't know how to deal with the problem, please help!

Did you buy the disk in China or France?

 

I bought the disk from amazon.com!

 

And the disk drive “buzz buzz” no matter what kind of disk I put into it。 the box manufacture date is 2014/03

 

Sadly, I have had the same issue with mine since the previous update. When I went to update the system to process failed. It took forever so I can only assume it timed out. After that each subsequent attempt to update failed until I factory restored the
system. Now I have successfully updated the console, but my drive recognizes nothing... absolutely nothing. I do not have access to any warranty since I bought mine second-hand so I am left with finding a local repair shop.

One thing that I did note from nearly all the suggested "fixes" that I found (and tried anyway) was that the disc drives that were repairable with the posted solutions all were able to read Blu Ray and DVD discs. As I said above... mine reads nothing...
so clearly there is a variance in what occurred with mine.

In your case, if you bought it brand new, I recommend shipping it in and having it repaired under warranty (if you can).

So when ever you get a error code it's best to look it up on
http://www.xbox.com (Hover over the support tab > select the last option called "Error Code Look-Up") you'll be sure to find a solution. When I looked up your issues I found a plethora of solutions. Here's a direct link to the article on how to best solve
your issue. support.xbox.com/.../disc-error You should find the right solution for you. Here's something I'd try first though.

Ensure that your console is up to date

If your console can play DVDs and Blu-ray Discs, but not an Xbox One game disc, your console might be experiencing a known issue that affected a small number of customers in August 2014.

If your console is up to date, this issue will not affect you. To ensure your console is up to date, go toSettings, and then select System.

The System screen will let you know if an update is available. If there is, download it.

If your console doesn't need an update and you still can’t play any game discs, your console will need service. Go to the Xbox Online Service Center and click Start Request to request a repair.
