0X807a1007

I join a party and then after a few minuets I can't hear my friends and then the error code 0X807a1007 pops up. My NAT is open and I have a strong internet connection to my router along with all the ports open that a required to be open and I have
also adjusting other internet settings to fix it! I've tried so many things however the problem still exists which is really frustrating because it feels like I've wasted loads of money on something that should work which is really frustrating. The xbox 360
chat worked fine but the more upgraded console party chat dosen't work!! I just want the problem fixed quickly.

This stops party chat from working been through all trouble shooting methods with xbox suport what now (0x807a1007)

Hi TURBO sorry to see you are having issues with party chat.

Have a look at the Nat error support page and walk threw it if you have not already.

I have had the issues myself and it seems to be when i have more then one friend in my party with NAT issues in my party even tho mine is open.

 

This does not solve the issue at all for me or most others. It's very poor advice and help. I suggest llo king elsewhere for help. I have yet to find good official Microsoft help for this it's sad really
