0x807A1007 error and my nat type is open

    0x807A1007 error and my nat type is open


    I can't join a party or message other players and pops up with the 0x807A1007 error and my nat is open. What should I do?

    Party Chat disconnected

    So I have checked the error type, whick is 0x807A1007. This means there may be a NAT problem or temporary network issues. I have been trying to leave and rejoin the party several times for about 30 minutes, which is one way of solving it. The other way is
    check NAT type. Me and all party members have an open NAT tyoe, what do I do?

    100% packet loss

    Now that everything is working any party chat I join show me as disconnected with the error code 0x807a1007 saying my network settings are blocking party chat. Was working fine earlier and I have an open NAT

    Connection issues

    My friend has a good good connection and an open NAT, and we still have issues.

    Party also comes up errors like 0x807a1007, always get a X by my name and same for my friend.

    We also live in houses right next to each other is that an issues, because it shouldn't be an issue.

    Things you have tried: Everything. New Ports, hard reset, nothing changed.

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown: No

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? NAT is open

    Any Error Codes you encounter: 0x807d0106 + 0x807a1007

    Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): Kabel Deutschland

    Already 2 months. Nothing has changed. Fix this or i will be a customer of Sony..

    -Live in VT, USA

    -Have a Comcast wireless gateway. TECHNICOLOR tc8305c

    -2 Xbox One consoles connected

    -Mine is wired. The other is wireless

    -I've tried hard resets, Changing location, switching to energy saving mode, lowering the firewall on my gateway, switching to wireless, everything I could think of.

    -UPnP is disabled

    -No NAT error, but NAT is always moderate and will not stay open.

    - sometimes get error code 0x807a1007, but not all the time

    -ISP is Comcast
