    0x803FB107 when installing Halo (AKA can't install Halo)


    You have drive C: (less than 78GB free),
    D: 250+ GB free (more than enough to install Halo: The Master Chief Collection).

    You have correctly set as default drive to install the apps (Change where new content is saved > New apps will save to:)
    D: drive.

    All other apps do install and uninstall without issues to
    D: as expected.

    THE ISSUE

    You try to install Halo on
    D: drive from XBox App but will fail in loop,
    because C: has not enough disk space (!!).

    There's clearly a bug in Halo installation process, or in XBox App, when
    C: has not enough disk space, despite you selected another drive for installation with enough free space.

    To those having install issues, do as other have said, make sure to update halo mcc and make sure you have the disc in when installing, the campaign resides under the halo 3 campaign in halo mcc.

    Thanks for the reply and the suggestions! After exhausting the list I am still unable to install the halo master chief collection but have now received different error messages.

    I receive error Code: 0x803FB107 One or more items in this bundle didn’t install yet. We’ll keep trying. You can also try installing them from Downloads and updates.

    Error Code: 0x80073D12 Before you can install this add-on, you need to install the app or game it works with.
