0x803f900a - Yet I'm Trying To Load From Disc!

Yes, I can see the game load screen in the beckground with the grey error banner on top.

Please tell me there is a way to clear the error, load the disk and continue the game from where I left off!

It might be necessary to force a license removal for the game, as it's accidentally checking the "wrong" owner license (i.e. the Game Pass license instead your disc license).

Your savegames will be unaffected by this, as they are safely stored online in your online profile in the cloud.

Go to My games and apps, find the Fallout 4 game, press the Menu button, and manage the game. Uninstall the whole game (including Add-Ons if present).

Then delete the LOCAL savegame from your console only (DO NOT delete the savegame in the cloud from "all consoles"!!!)

Now go to the network settings, and set your console to offline mode.

Restart the console by holding the power button for 10 seconds, and start the console again. If you see a green boot screen, you did it right. If the console shows the Home screen right after turning it on, hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds
again.

After the console has started, check in the network settings, that it is still in offline mode.

If it is, install the game from disc again.

After the installation has finished, bring the console online again in the network settings, and let the console update the game. If applicable, also install any add ons you own.
