0x803f9006? My cousin that owns the game is signed in but..

Hey all. I'm having a bit of a problem. I get the error code 0x803f9006 while trying to play Overwatch. My cousin owns the game and we're game sharing. Though it says that the person who bought the game needs to be online, which he is. It works for a while
but then kicks me out of the game.

Ban For License Transfer?

Your cousin doesn't need to set your console as Home either. As long as his account is signed in to your console while you play the games he owns.

 

Game Sharing

So I have this cousin who just bought a game which me, him, and my other cousin really liked. So he just bought it and split the cost with my other cousin and they game share the game together. Now, cousin A (who bought the game on his account) has his account
signed onto my xbox and so I'm trying to play the game on my account while his account is still signed in at the same time when he isn't using it. But for some reason that really ticks him off and I see no harm in what I'm doing if I plan on getting the game
myself but for the time being just using his account to play with my account so I can be all caught up with my cousins by the time I actually get the game. Im not trying to seem like a freeloader because I really want to get the game. So my question is is
there anything bad or possibly illegal by having a account signed on at the same time as mine and playing a game that is already being game shared with another account?
