    I have two XBox's. My original one is listed as my home Xbox and the second is for dual game play. I have used them for years without issue and am aware of the use restrictions. Thus the reason we have two overwatch discs. This has worked without issues for years.

    I recently purchased Black Flag via download, and loaded and played it ONLY on the second machine. I've had it about 2 weeks. Then the other day I log in to my 2nd Machine, and it keeps giving me the above error, basically acting like I do not own it, or that I need to log in as the person that purchased it. BUT THAT IS ME. I've reset, refreshed my purchased games, etc. and it appears. Have also verified that the purchase went through on my account which it did and it appears out there. However, when I go to launch the game, and signed in as me, it gives me this error. It also gives me this error for Red Dead and all other on-line purchased games, even though I am the one that purchased them (And yes, just under the one account).

    Xbox Assist does nothing.

    If I pursue the error, by going to "see in Microsoft Store", it just seems to time out.

    If I go to log into Xbox Live, it just gives the same error as the games. Yet, if I test my network connection all is well. Just a continual loop of checking my ID and then saying relog in as the person that purchased. HELP!!

    There is an issue but it's just for Smite. But from what you have described, it is a server issue, I'll suggest you give it some time

    It appears the on-line games on the other console have the same issue, so it appears to be un-related to the console and rather is a Microsoft Live/Server Issue. Microsoft? Update on this issue???

    I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

    - Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    - Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    - Select Reset console.

    - Choose Keep Games and Apps

    Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.
