    I have a brand new version of need for speed, I have installed the game but when I put in the disk to go play the game it comes up with this error code saying I need to renew my EA Access or that my disk may be dirty or damaged. My disk is immaculate not
    a single piece of dirt or damage and my xbox plays other game disks so I'm not sure what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

    Please check first if your Game pass Ultimate subscription is active from this link, https://account.microsoft.com/services/.

    If it's active, on the same subscription page, please try turning off the recurring billing for the subscription. After doing that, restart the console then try playing any game from Game pass or EA play and see if it works.

    hello i am sorry to hear about your problem. But 1 is your xbox your home xbox? As this can be a problem trying to start the game also is it owned by another profile and that you are using to play the game? If so you need to sign into the account to play
    the game. Also, another fail safe is uninstalling the game and installing again as sometimes there is errors when you install games. I hope this helps
