    Ok , about a month ago or more all the games i got for free stopped working(tried 3 different games none work). im currently sharing the games with my brother and we cant play any games we got for free. he still has gold but neither of us can play the games
    always says error : 0x803f800b to renew membership, what we found out is that if we have both accounts online in the same console it works.. any fix for this?

    Mine ended up fixing itself. Weirdly enough, that was the only gold game that seemed to have the problem for me.

    mine is doing the exact same. I powered off unplugged it for half hour and even tried reinstalling it. Any help people. My live is current till July 7th

    Also, verify your Gold Subscription and payment details are up to date at account.microsoft.com
