    0x803f800b - My membership is good


    I keep getting error message 0x803f800b on Titanfall 2 and Halo Master Chief Collection. I have an active gold membership. All other gold subscription based services work. The games do not. I am connected to the internet and the disc is in the console. I
    have restarted. I have turned off and on with minutes in between. I have hard reset. I have logged out of Xbox live, turned off, then turned on and logged in. All of these actions have been done with the disc in and out of the console. I can't complete the
    suggested, "quit and relaunch the game," when it doesn't launch to begin with. That option isn't there.

    It is beyond frustrating and makes me question why I even have a gold subscription when it doesn't work.

    ERROR CODE 0x803f800b

    I found my xbox live id region was set in US and changed to Hong Kong this morning. I refreshed my payment information. Later I found that all the Gold Membership Games I downloaded before could not launched and kept saying that I this is something wrong
    with my membership and error code 0x803f800b. However my membership will be expired next year. Any one can help me ?

    Mine ended up fixing itself. Weirdly enough, that was the only gold game that seemed to have the problem for me.

    mine is doing the exact same. I powered off unplugged it for half hour and even tried reinstalling it. Any help people. My live is current till July 7th

    Please verify you have an active connection to Xbox Live. You can check Settings -> All Settings -> Network and run a test.

    Also, verify your Gold Subscription and payment details are up to date at account.microsoft.com

    If those still pose no discernable issue, check enforcement.xbox.com to see if there are any actions taken on your account.
