    Hi,

    I downloaded a XBOX360 copy of Injustice: Gods Among Us from the Xbox One store via the console, and the game seemed to install without an issue. My problem is that I am receiving the error code 0x803f8001 asking if I own the disc. I'm signed into Xbox live
    and my console is set as my home Xbox, so I'm incredibly frustrated that I spent money on a game I can't even play. Suggestions?

    I always get this SAME error, and it asks me to put in the disc. But I'm not playing a digital game (I have no problems with digital games).

    I'm trying to play XBOX ONE physical games. It says to put the CD in - but it already is!

    I'm so sick of xbox. I'm not buying the "S" or the new Xbox One X. I'm getting rid of this Piece O.S. and buying a Playstation.

    After 16 years with Xbox, I just can't handle the constant errors (AND Bull.S. "support" staff).

    Boa noite. Não consigo realizar o download do jogo Hello Neighbor, que está disponível na Xbox Live Pass Ultimate para PC. A seguinte mensagem de erro aparece: (0x803f8001). Já vi diversos tópicos sobre este erro e nenhum dos procedimentos respondidos funcionam.

    O jogo dá este erro pelo aplicativo da Xbox (Beta) e quando vou tentar iniciar o download do jogo pela Microsoft Store aparece "Adquirindo Licença..." e em seguida o mesmo erro Código: 0x803F8001.

    Este erro ocorreu por enquanto somente no Hello Neighbor.

    Aguardo suporte.
