Did you set up two-factor authentication on your account before making this purchase which usually requires you to verify that you are the account user? Boa noite. Não consigo realizar o download do jogo Hello Neighbor, que está disponível na Xbox Live Pass Ultimate para PC. A seguinte mensagem de erro aparece: (0x803f8001). Já vi diversos tópicos sobre este erro e nenhum dos procedimentos respondidos funcionam.

O jogo dá este erro pelo aplicativo da Xbox (Beta) e quando vou tentar iniciar o download do jogo pela Microsoft Store aparece "Adquirindo Licença..." e em seguida o mesmo erro Código: 0x803F8001.

Este erro ocorreu por enquanto somente no Hello Neighbor.
