As the title suggest and my only solution is if I have to get a new Xbox one I'm switching to Playstation , i put too much money into my xbox for it to fail if this is the kind of shoddy quality of Microsoft i would have stayed playing the 360, I'm throughly dissatisfied
and will be ending my over a decade of using your console I tried everything on the xbox help forum and still the problem persist, i fear that it's the optical drive please help if anyone knows anything if there is no saving it then this will be the last
piece of Microsoft ware I purchase.
