0x803f8001 the error that takes your ability to play purchased games has been a 8hr & 7week ...

I've been treated as though Im bothering Customer Support by calling them 4 times since Nov.29 2017 up until 4 days ago. Hung up on because the employee couldn't help me with the error issue , put on hold for 38 minutes to never hear another word from the
employee who answered my call . This with one decent human being telling me it can be fixed , but sombody has to be kind enough to move my problem up to the proper area of support . Tech support is where the are able to go in to look & put your information
back in the correct section of your account. Its that simple to fix a terribly frustrating loss of money you have spent to enjoy the non functiong console that for 7 weeks has been the cause of stress & a general unpleasant mood when I've thought what has
transpired for such a long period since I hooked The Xbox one X to the new 50" 4k hdr & dolby vision equiped TV that was purchased to take advantage of this console. It's time to realize this hasn't produced any good times ,unfortunately it's added frustration,
& a dismay of the shear amount of letting you know the customer support employees that take calls from a consumer in need of help that they have zero care about Your issue & are unafraid to let you know. It's time to take a loss money wise to lose the negativity
that this has caused. Until they have figured out how to eliminate the bugs that render it unplayable ,that were far to numerous to be released to the public. Im willing to eat $100 to not deal with it. Gl in really hope they solve the issues as quickly as
possible. The chance you take being the early buyers of new tech. Happens to many new electronic products. TV'S this is not something I haven't been through before as a home theater enthusiast. Like Kenny Rogers says " ya got to know when to hold'em & know
when to fold'em"

This error code normally defines an issue with ownership of the game. The game was purchased and downloaded, but you aren't signed in and connected to Xbox Live.

The game was purchased and downloaded by another family member, and that person is not signed in to the console.

The game disc is not in the console.

If this was a digital download please ensure that you are signed into the profile with which it was purchased. Additionally make sure your connection to Xbox Live is up and running.
