    0x803f8001 now MahJong down


    3 days now. It started with Minesweeper, now MahJong giving same error; Solitaire loads, Word Games was installed, loaded, and runs.

    Restart, wsreset, uninstall Minesweeper, but cannot download. Why isn't this code is the FAQ?

    Hey...having an error code problem: 0x803F8001

    Can't play Microsoft Mahjong-says this error code, go to store, I go to store repeats the same error code???

    I can play Microsoft Solitaire Games, but not Microsoft Mahjong...what's up with that???

    Can't access Mahjong

    Have suddenly lost access to Mahjong . Error code 0x803F8001 states it is not in my account. How can this be fixed as everything I've checked shows that it is in my account

    Hi, aYes as far as I know they're working on a solution now. I would also check your purchase history to make sure your account owns it and it's not linked to another member of the household.
