0x803F8001 error with certain games on Game Pass

I get it via game pass, reset the pc dont work the error code is 0x803f8001

I am unable to play certain games.

Error message:

"WarnerBros.Interactive.e172091a-6630-4ff3-959f-830 is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

Open Powershell with Admin or CMD with Admin (Press Windows key + X then click Windows Powershell(Admin))
Copy each line of command to Powershell then press enter (one line at a time)
