0x803f8001 error code when trying to install Minecraft

when i try to install the launcher, i get this error

"Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

It may mean that you don’t have license for the Minecraft Launcher. Kindly sign in to this link then click “Get”. Here you go:

After that sign out both on your Microsoft Store App or Xbox App then restart your PC before signing back in.

try to resolve the issue:

Sign out and sign back in: Go to the Microsoft Store app, click on your profile picture, and select "Sign out." Restart your computer and then sign back in to the Microsoft Store using your Microsoft account. Try installing the Minecraft launcher again.

Check for Windows updates: Make sure your Windows operating system is up to date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and click on "Check for updates." Install any available updates and then try installing the Minecraft launcher again.

Reset the Microsoft Store cache: Open the Command Prompt as an administrator by searching for "Command Prompt" in the Start menu, right-clicking on it, and selecting "Run as administrator." Type the following command and press Enter:

wsreset.exe

This will reset the Microsoft Store cache. Afterward, try installing the Minecraft launcher again.

Troubleshoot the Microsoft Store app: Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Scroll down and locate the Microsoft Store entry. Click on it and select "Advanced options." In the new window, click on the "Reset" button. Restart your computer and try installing the Minecraft launcher again.

Also the problem with the game not installing is only for sea of thieves but for other games they get installed but when I launch them it pops up with the error code 0x803f8001 while for sea of thieves it pops up when I try to install the game.
