0x803f8001 Error code when loading games

    I contacted Microsoft Support last night and was talking to them for about an hour. I keep getting the error on certain games when trying to start them. "Do you own this game or app? If you have a game disc, insert it now. If you bought this online, make
    sure you're signed in to xbox live. Etc."

    They mentioned that it could be an issue since I'm in the Preview Program. We tried a bunch of different things; unplugging the xbox, resetting it, clearing the blu-ray cache, Factory reset....nothing worked. I don't understand why it wont work. I wasn't
    even aware I was part of the preview program but the customer support tech I was talking to last night told me I was and that could be why it's not working for me anymore. My girlfriend and I were playing the game last night and then all of a sudden it stopped
    working and giving me that error. I already had it on disk and then got it on digital and now it wont work and I don't have the disk anymore. I really don't want to have to buy it again considering I already purchased it.

    Error code 0x87c40131

    The other error code (where I am being asked if I own this game) is; 0x803f8001. This code also does not appear when I search it here.
