    0x8028025a problem. follow support, still no luck.


    hi, i am experiencing error 0x8028025a with games such as black ops 3, titanfall 2 and battlefield 1, error not occuring on mafia 3, earthlock, skyrim. network is fine and working. followed all the advice of clearing reserved space, clearing alt mac adress,
    and cold restarts. same problem. intermittently it will work and i can play all games. any advice? thanks

    glitches and freezing after installing new hard drive

    Still no luck. Removed the problem-causing HD and still having the issue. Trying everything with no luck. Anyone?

    Dishonored DLC - "Disc Unreadable"

    I have the same problem. I've already tried everything but still no luck. I applied to Bethesda Support: they recommended all these steps (moving to USB drive, clearing cache etc) but the problem still present. Obviously this is game problem. We need patch!!!

    Good morning,

    Id say unplug you router and thr go into your xbox network settings and disconnevt your wifi. After run a system health check on your router I knoe its a newer router but sonetimes comanies give you faulty routers that happemed to me a couple of times. If
    everything chevjs out on that end try reconnecting to you wifi then run a test on your multiplayer connevtion and internect connection.

    Hello!

    You could try rebooting your router, updating it (if you own it), contact your service provider (if they own it), or try a different router to see if it works better. It may also be helpful to do a hard reset (press and hold power button for 10 seconds, then
    power it back on) to make sure something isn't stuck there causing an issue.

    In order to resolve this, follow the steps below!

    1. Go to Support Tab

    2. Go to Contact Us tab

    3. Check your problem form the list

    4. Wait 5 minutes and choose form the bottom of the page the "Chat with Microsoft Support"

    5. Write your problem and chat with the support about it!
