Discus and support 0x802705a in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Every time I put the Forza horizon disc in my Xbox 1 it always say "For some reason Forza Horizon 3 took long to start (0x802705a).     Every time I put the Forza horizon disc in my Xbox 1 it always say "For some reason Forza Horizon 3 took long to start (0x802705a). Can you please help me what to do? or tell me whats going on?

    Blu-ray app does not launch

    Blue ray app will not launch at all. "Please try again. For some reason Blu-Ray took too long to start. (0x802705a)

    Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support.

    If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
    reset     on your console by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]
    Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter.

    This also happened with my son's Xbox and if you go to settings , system, Console into & updates, Reset console then Reset and keep my games & apps

    This fixed it for my son and hopefully works for you
