    It will not let me purchase madden points. I go to purchase and it gives me a error message everytime. it says if it keeps happening, let xbox know by entering 0x8027025d so xbox can investigate but it says there was nothing found.

    Hey there!

    Are you still running into this issue? If so, since you've already tried many of the other steps we would normally recommend, I'd suggest trying to

    factory reset     your console. You can keep your games and apps while you do this so don't panic just yet.

    Give that a shot and if you're still having issues, you'll want to try the full reset.
