    Hi there,

    if you haven't tried it yet please try a Full power cycle like mentioned on this page at the 'physical power cycle' section:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console, make sure to wait at least 60 seconds after the console has powered down before you power it on again.

    If that didn't fix anything then try the Factory Reset option with keeping games and apps installed, the steps can be found on this link:

    Make sure you know your account details (email and password) since you will require them to redownload your profile.
