    so I am about to be done with xbox forever I have given up on it I keep getting. Error code 0x8027025a (game took to long to load) and nothing I've done has fixed it I have factory reset my xbox, redownloaded all the games, cleared reserved cache, hard rest,
    cleared persistent storage,moved games from external hard drive to internal hard drive and vice-versa, if it's been done I've done it. It has been a ongoing problem for the past 2 years and I get so **** off I won't even try and turn my xbox on for months
    at a time just for it to work only for a day this is my last resort and if I get no help I've decided to switch to pc life even though I love my xbox when it works so any help would be appreciated

    Hey there, totally understand the frustration there with that issue, it's tough, even after a factory reset, when you're seeing the same error occur. In this case, if you've been seeing this issue come up a lot over the past few years, you may be looking
    at a failing HDD on the console, especially if you're unable to access the installed content and features of the device. Knowing that, you may want to take a look into the steps in setting up your device for repair here: Create Xbox Console or Kinect Service Order | Xbox Repair

    Hi Kipp3. I too am furious about this matter. The end of the current GTA Online sales are ending and I've been trying to start it up just to buy the cars before the next DLC. I left my console unplugged for a whole day and nothing has resolved it. At first
    it was problems with my internet and so on but now none of my games start. Not even offline games. I am so frustrated. I really hope this can be helped
