    My kids Xbox ONE, which is rarely played, maybe 2 - 3 hours per week with a couple times no play in months, has started giving this error and saying the game is taking too long to load. In fact, several items on the dashboard are giving that error. We
    need help.

    1. The game is not connected to the internet, it has been moved to a room that only has wifi capability.

    2. We tried to clear the cache by holding down the icon until game powered down, unplugged, replugged and booted. (no success in getting game to work)

    Sorry to hear about the errors you're experiencing. To clarify on a few things, are you using an external hard drive with the console as well as the internal? Are these games disc copies or digital and Is it happening with all games and apps or just one
    in particular?
