Turn off console by pressing console button for 8 seconds wait for 30 seconds then power up see if that helps.

 

I get this error every time I try to start up Ark. I've tried to contact support but I'm lost. Nothing I do fixes it

 

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game and see if that helps. Let us know. Good Luck!

 

If any of you have tried uninstalling any games /apps with no success, The factory reset seems to be working for some this is an ongoing issue and being worked on.

 

jayarethehitman if factory reset doesn't work you may require repair/exchange.

 

I am getting this same message when trying to sign into any profile on my Xbox One. I can get to my dashboard though and sometimes run things that don't require anyone to be signed in like the bluray player.

 

I receive this same error related to the start of "Home". The only way to get my Xbox to boot all the way to the home screen is to do a hard restart each time I want to play. The error only started a couple of days ago. I have not downloaded any new apps,
games, etc. for a long time and I never use the Xbox to browse the internet. I guess what I'm saying is that this issue just seemed to manifest without any changes to the system on my part. I've searched this error code to no avail... only get results relating
to a game or app. I really don't want to do a factory reset because of the time it will take to reconfigure and reinstall everything. I'm curious to know when the next update will be and whether or not it will resolve this issue. Until then, I just plan to
do a hard restart every time I want to play, which is only 1-2 times a week anyway.

 

New update could be a couple of weeks away at least.

 

Just like to add with the new update factory reset is now reset console still in the same place you will have two options, Reset and remove everything or Reset and keep games and apps.

 

Restore console to factory settings, if persists, maybe your console needs an repair
