Hi there, I have been having problems with launching games and apps. I keep getting the error saying that it took too long to start. I have left the insider programme, factory reset, power cycle reset and restarted my Xbox multiple times. I don’t know what
to do, it started doing this yesterday and I just can’t get anything to work. Please help

    :)

This is a sign-in or app error. More details about it can be found here: Error 8027025A | Xbox One Sign-in & App Error

There may have been a temporary Xbox Live server error, an app needs to be manually quit and relaunched, or your console needs a proper power cycle (with the exact steps
here) to refresh the system cache.

I've tried that too and it doesn't work. I'm not too sure if it was the new update that is causing this because I left my xbox on overnight as I was downloading a game. I've even left the insider program hoping that it would fix it but, nothing works...

Question for you. When you power cycle do you hold the power button on the front of your Xbox for 10 seconds until it powers off? Then after a few seconds turn it back on? Reason I'm asking is because I have this problem everyday. Also an Insider member.
Mine was never fixed so its just a new habit I have to do everyday.

    Solutions:

    1. Turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds to clear cache. This is also called a power cycle or hard reset.

    2. Remove your profile and redownload it: Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

    3. Factory reset keeping games and apps:

Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps".

    4. Factory reset erasing everything:

Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "erase everything".

    5. USB factory reset:

I'll turn it back on after a minute. I've never had this problem before, it's so frustrating 0x8027025A :(

How long has this happened with you? Have you tried to reset your console or do a factory reset?
