Hi,

Do you have any other profiles on your Xbox to launch the game with or attempt to launch the game while signed out of your profile and then once the game loads attempt to sign back in with your profile. Can we try putting your console into offline mode by
going into Settings>Network>Network settings and restarting the console and attempt to launch your your games. Do you use any external hard drives to store your games on?

Also, when you mentioned you did a factory reset was that keeping games & apps installed or remove everything?

 

I try using other profile no luck will do offline mode no I don’t have external hard drive I did both remove everything reset and keep games

 

Alright, I know it may not seem related when it comes to physical games, can you run a multiplayer connection and then a detailed network statistics test to ensure you're getting good download & upload speeds as sometimes poor network connections can cause
a delay when your go to launch a game and as it attempts to sync your profile data which can cause the game to crash.

Also, is your NAT showing open? We can also attempt to do a custom DNS. I usually suggest openDNS which is (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220). This can be changed by going to Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced>DNS>Custom DNS. If you for any reason
see degraded network performance after switching, please switch back to automatic.

 

Nat is open download and upload speeds. 67.52mps upload 9.84mps latency 29ms

Prefect! That definitely shouldn't be causing any issues there then.

If you wouldn't mind could you give me a list of some of your games that are having this issue and is this affecting any of your apps at all on the Xbox? Just to be sure, are you home console sharing with any of your friends for your digital games. Sometimes
there can be issues if you own a physical game and have DLC installed that you otherwise don't own on your account itself and have it installed without the correct profile being set to home or not having the other profile installed.
