ive treied everything and nothing works i cant play no games disk no disk and its a brand new xbox s so what should i do the apps work just fine but none of the games do .

My 360 games are NOT working on my Xbox one

Hi

When I put my Xbox 360 game into my Xbox one S console (it's backwards compatible) it's a new console only 2 weeks old, it won't start or even play. It just keeps coming up "Please check the backwards compatible list".

What is going on with it!!!

Xbox Not Working

Hi my Xbox keeps coming up with multiple error codes like 0x8027025a and It won't load any of my games and I just spent $25 on Xbox live my Xbox also won't connect to internet when it's right next to the Mottum when i sign in it either comes up with another
error code or signs me in and signs me out right after... Ive restarted my Xbox multiple times left it sit for an hour or 2 and it still didn't work can I please get some help

first thing to try: please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Also check if the console is fully updated when checking Settings - System - Updates

Checking in. Day 2 my brand new xbox one S still wont make it past step 3 of the startup. Once it tries to update i get the error code...

same problem here, cant even get into setting apps the store error code 0x8027025a for everything, console is only 3days old

I get the same problem and error code (0x8027025a) but with the game Dead Rising 3. A hard reboot of my console is only a temporary fix, it keeps happening again after a short while.

Tried all that. If it’s installed on the expansion card or internal storage it gives the error code within 5 seconds of starting the game as long as the game is a Series X/S version. So games without the Series X/S will load up fine. As soon as I try to load a game bearing the X/S in the corner of its game card it gives the error code. Per example, PubG will launch without problem, games such as Destiny 2 and Rainbow Six Siege give error code. Only way to play Destiny 2 or Siege is by using my old Xbox One. Tried installing Fall Guys on a new account, gives same error code about 3 seconds after it’s launched
