Discus and support 0x8027025a Hard Drive issue? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my Xbox won't play any games, gives this error message for pretty much everything.     0x8027025a Hard Drive issue?


    my Xbox won't play any games, gives this error message for pretty much everything. I jave tried all of the "fixes", no luck.

    Is this a hard drive issue? I'm out of warranty, and I'll buy a new xbox before I pay over $100 to have this repaired.

    If it is HDD related, I'll replace the HDD myself, just wanted to see what others thought.

    0x8027025a error code keeps appearing

    every app or game I try to launch it keeps giving me the error code “0x8027025a” saying that the game took to long its not on either external or internal hard drives for Ive tried opening games on both hard drives and it says the same thing as well as I
    unplugged the external one and nothing, Ive tried troubleshooting but I can’t figure it out.

    Fix 0x8027025a error code

    I've got the error code 0x8027025a (took to long to load) and I've tried for an hour to fix this. I've done the hard reset 3 times, doesn't work. Please help!

    your hard drive may be damaged since that error code appeared to me when my hard drive was damaged and I had to change it

    Hello Izunnek,

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to this issue with the External Hard Drive not being detected, have you tried the support article for Troubleshoot
    external storage detection on Xbox One    .     If not, I would recommend trying the steps in this article for further assistance. I would also recommend changing out the cable that connects the external hard drive to the Xbox One console. You can also
    try plugging it into another one of the USB ports on the console itself.

    It's works but only if the game is stored in the internal hard drive and if the external hard drive is unplogging, even if the game is not stored in the EHD, if it's plug, it's doesn't work.

    I think my EHD is damaged because i tried to plug it to my computer for format it but Windows don't recognized it.

    I will try to command an another on Amazon and i will see if the problem persist.

    I changed the usb cable and it seems to work but now if i try to run an app or a game, i've got again the error message 0x8027025a.

    I don't like it but tomorrow i will try to format it, the others solution doesn't work.
