0x8027025A Errorcode appears when starting Xbox app in Windows 10

Hi,

I have the problem with the Xbox app on PC not starting as well. I did all the steps you listed, inclulding Terminating, Resetting and uninstalling. I also updated the latest patches for Windows 11 and resterted the PC. The Xbox app installer runs, then I click 'Let's Play' and the Xbox app opens but just stays black with the white Xbox logo in the middle of the window. The window then closes after about 30 seconds and the installer then says 'We encountered a problem', with error code 0x8027025A.

I am at a loss to what else to do here.

I have Windows 10, but encountered the exact same issue and it still stays unresolved.

I would appreciate some advises.

The problem I had ended up resolving itself. I think it might have been an outage on the server/Microsoft/Xbox Game pass side. I did everything right with no resolution, so by the problem fixing itself I can only come to the conclusion that the issue was on the host side.
