    0x8027025a error code keeps appearing


    every app or game I try to launch it keeps giving me the error code “0x8027025a” saying that the game took to long its not on either external or internal hard drives for Ive tried opening games on both hard drives and it says the same thing as well as I
    unplugged the external one and nothing, Ive tried troubleshooting but I can’t figure it out.

    Yup! No code, at least I don't get any, sometimes the (0x8027025a) appears.

    please see this for some steps regarding this error code:

    If the steps on that link don't work then I suggest doing a Factory Reset on the console, there is an option to keep Games and Apps installed.

    Keep in mind that in order to redownload the profile you will have to know the account credentials.

    I had two error codes appear when I tried to access Cortana after the lag happens. I couldn't access it un the settings. Then the following two error codes appeared:

    0x8027025a (this came up because Cortana took too long to open.

    0x87b20c19 (I entered this at xbox.com/errorhelp and it is not even a rcognised error code, and yes I have entered it correctly.
